Though the history of this highly effective silhouette is disputed, what is known is that it was used to train military forces indoors in the 1970s and, like so many trends before, transitioned from tactical to a fierce fashion statement that strode the streets of the 1980s. Now, PUMA is re-issuing this style from the vintage vault for the discerning sneakerhead of today.
